加味通络方对急性脑梗死患者血流速度的影响

【摘要】：目的观察加味通络方对大脑中动脉(MCA)脑梗死急性期患者的MCA血流速度的影响。方法入组病例70例随机分为两组,对照组应用常规西医治疗联用血栓通注射液。观察组在对照组基础上加用加味通络方治疗,治疗前后行经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查,统计血流速度、血流异常率情况。结果 TCD检查测定患侧MCA流速情况显示,加味通络方对血液流速的改变具有双向性,对血流速度减慢的患者具有加快血流速度作用,提高大脑灌注,对血流加快患者具有减慢流速作用,其中观察组有1例无血流信号的患者,恢复了少许血流信号。治疗后,两组患者的血流异常率均有所改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组(P0.05)。结论加味通络方对脑梗死急性期有显著疗效,其对血流速度的影响具有双向调节作用,可改善脑梗死急性期患者的血流异常率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Jiawei Tongluo recipe on MCA blood flow velocity in patients with acute cerebral infarction of middle cerebral artery (MCA). Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine combined with Xueshuantong injection. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Tongluo recipe on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) was performed to count the blood flow velocity and the abnormal rate of blood flow. Results TCD showed that Jiaweitongluo recipe had two-way effect on the change of blood flow velocity, and could accelerate blood flow velocity and increase cerebral perfusion in patients with slow blood flow velocity. In the observation group, one patient with no blood flow signal recovered a little blood flow signal. After treatment, the abnormal rate of blood flow in the two groups was improved, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Tongluo recipe is effective in the acute phase of cerebral infarction and has two-way regulating effect on blood flow velocity, which can improve the abnormal rate of blood flow in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
