老年人5-羟色胺综合征1例报告

【摘要】：正5-羟色胺(5-HT)综合征(SS)是CNS和外周神经系统5-HT递质浓度过高所致的一种致命性药物不良反应。2012美国毒物暴露监测系统检测数据[1]显示,服用选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)的人群不良反应发生率逐年升高。本病易误诊,现报告1例如下。1病例患者,女,62岁,因"四肢不自主抖动2 d"于2014年10月17日入院。4 d前患者因便秘自行口服中药(成分中
[Abstract]:Positive 5- serotonin (5-HT) syndrome (SS) is a fatal drug adverse drug adverse drug reaction (.2012) detection system of toxic drug exposure monitoring system caused by high 5-HT transmitter concentration in CNS and peripheral nervous system, [1] shows that the incidence of adverse reactions in people taking selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) is increasing year by year. The following.1 patients, female, aged 62, were given self medication of constipation (d) before admission to.4 D in October 17, 2014 due to "uncontrollable shaking of 2 limbs."
