首发儿童青少年精神分裂症脑磁共振弥散张量成像研究

【摘要】:目的应用弥散张量成像(DTI)技术获取全脑白质各向异性(FA)值,研究首发儿童青少年精神分裂症全脑白质纤维是否受到损害,探讨早发精神分裂症的白质异常与精神分裂症的关联性。方法入组符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的首发精神分裂症患者共19例(患者组),患者年龄均小于18岁,没有使用过任何抗精神病药物。同时选取19名年龄、性别相匹配的健康自愿者(对照组)。所有的患者和健康对照者都接受了DTI和结构相的磁共振成像(MRI)扫描。检测大脑各区域的FA值,分析患者组与健康对照组之间FA值的差异。结果患者组左额下回、左颞下回、左枕叶、右颞中回白质FA值显著低于健康对照组(P0.001)。结论首发儿童青少年精神分裂症患者脑区存在广泛的白质损伤,提示白质异常可能与早发精神分裂的发病相关。
