精神分裂症患者血清中轻稀土元素测定及分析

【摘要】:目的:分析精神分裂症患者血清轻稀土元素水平与精神分裂症的关系。方法:应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定30例精神分裂症患者入院用药前(病例组)、临床痊愈时(痊愈组)和30例健康人(对照组)血清中的轻稀土元素含量。结果:与健康对照组相比,病例组血清中镧、铈和镨3种元素的含量明显增高,钕元素在两组间的差异无统计学意义;痊愈组血清中铈和镨两种元素的含量明显增高,镧和钕元素在两组间的差异无统计学意义。血清中镧、铈、镨、钕的含量在病例组和痊愈组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论:精神分裂症患者血清中镧、铈、镨3种轻稀土元素的含量有明显变化,提示精神分裂症患者体内可能存在稀土元素的失调。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between serum light rare earth element level and schizophrenia. Methods: the contents of light rare earth elements in serum of 30 schizophrenic patients (case group), 30 healthy persons (control group) and 30 healthy persons (control group) were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Results: compared with the healthy control group, the contents of lanthanum, cerium and praseodymium in the serum of the case group were significantly increased, but the difference of neodymium in the two groups was not statistically significant, and the contents of cerium and praseodymium in the serum of the cured group were obviously increased. There was no significant difference in lanthanum and neodymium between the two groups. The contents of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium and neodymium in serum had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the contents of lanthanum, cerium and praseodymium in serum of schizophrenic patients have obvious changes, suggesting that there may be maladjustment of rare earth elements in patients with schizophrenia.
