北京市社区老年人失禁与抑郁的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨北京社区老年人失禁与抑郁间关系。方法利用描述性分析、单因素分析和多元Logistic回归模型对北京市城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据中的323名≥60岁老年人进行分析。结果老年人失禁发生率为8.41%,抑郁检出率为10.57%;失禁老年人抑郁检出率显著高于正常老年人(χ~2=102.96,P0.001);在控制了人口、社会经济特征、家庭关系、健康状况后,失禁与抑郁呈显著负相关(OR=2.04,95%CI=1.44~2.87)。结论建议相关部门制定保护失禁老年人精神健康的具体政策和措施,降低老年人失禁所带来的精神负担,提升其生活质量。
