奥氮平片联合艾司西酞普兰片治疗老年抑郁症的临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察奥氮平片联合艾司西酞普兰片治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例老年抑郁症患者随机分为对照组40例和试验组40例。对照组予以艾司西酞普兰10 mg,qd,口服,一周内加至15~20mg·d~(-1).;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以奥氮平2.5 mg,qd,口服,1周内加至5.0 mg·d~(-1)。2组患者均治疗8周。比较2组患者的临床疗效和药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为100.00%(40/40例)和77.50%(31/40例),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组患者的药物不良反应以头痛、恶心呕吐和乏力为主,试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为12.50%和15.00%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论奥氮平片联合艾司西酞普兰片治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效确切,且不增加药物不良反应的发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of olanzapine combined with escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 80 patients with senile depression were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and experimental group (n = 40). The control group was administered with estalopram for 10 mg,qd, and added to 15~20mg D1).; within a week. The experimental group was given olanzapine 2.5 mg,qd, orally on the basis of treatment in the control group, and added to 5.0 mg D1 within 1 week. All the patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the test group and the control group were 100.00% (40 / 40) and 77.50% (31 / 40), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 12.50% in the experimental group and 15.00% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion olanzapine combined with escitalopram is effective in the treatment of senile depression and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
