治疗性休闲及其心理辅导模式研究进展

【摘要】：治疗性休闲是对心理问题与心理疾病有预防和治疗作用的一种休闲活动。治疗性休闲具有3个特征:促进身体健康的同时,也注重身体和心理的和谐;与他人共同参与;具有艺术和精神方面的创意,并富有表现力。对于个人来说,具有治疗性作用的休闲行为方式包括积极生活、身体活动、宗教参与和灵性实践、接触自然等。对于治疗师和咨询师而言,治疗性休闲的心理辅导模式包括休闲辅导模式、娱乐治疗模式、社区治疗模式等。未来需要对治疗性休闲的作用及其心理机制进行系统性研究;创新治疗性休闲的研究方法;研究不同特征或需求人群的治疗性休闲处方。
[Abstract]:Therapeutic leisure is a kind of leisure activity which can prevent and treat psychological problems and mental diseases. Therapeutic leisure has three characteristics: to promote physical health, but also to pay attention to physical and mental harmony; to participate with others; to be creative in art and spirit, and to be expressive. For individuals, therapeutic leisure behaviors include active life, physical activity, religious participation and spiritual practice, and exposure to nature. For therapists and counsellors, psychological counseling models of therapeutic leisure include leisure counseling, entertainment therapy, community therapy and so on. In the future, it is necessary to systematically study the role of therapeutic leisure and its psychological mechanism; to innovate the research methods of therapeutic leisure; to study the prescription of therapeutic leisure for people with different characteristics or needs.
