乌灵胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察乌灵胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效。方法将106例PSD患者随机分为乌灵胶囊组和对照组。乌灵胶囊组在常规脑卒中治疗的基础上,加用乌灵胶囊990 mg,3次/d,对照组口服等量安慰剂,连续治疗6周。于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周和第3、6个月进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)。结果乌灵胶囊组及对照组从第4周起HAMD评分及NIHSS评分显著低于治疗前(均P0.05)。乌灵胶囊组第6周起HAMD评分显著低于对照组,第4周起NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(均P0.05)。乌灵胶囊组各时间点总有效率均显著高于对照组(均P0.05)。出现大便次数增多3例,口干、失眠、食欲减退、头晕、心慌各2例、恶心呕吐及头痛各1例。结论乌灵胶囊治疗PSD有效,不良反应少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Wuling capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods 106 patients with PSD were randomly divided into Wuling capsule group and control group. On the basis of routine stroke treatment, Wuling capsule was added to Wuling capsule 990 mg,3 / d, and the control group was treated with placebo for 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) and National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS).) were performed before and 2,4,6 weeks and 3,6 months after treatment. Results the scores of HAMD and NIHSS in Wuling capsule group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment from the 4th week (P0.05). The HAMD score of Wuling capsule group was significantly lower than that of the control group from the 6th week, and the NIHSS score of the fourth week was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate of Wuling capsule group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). There were 3 cases with increased defecation, 2 cases with dry mouth, insomnia, anorexia, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and headache. Conclusion Wuling capsule is effective in the treatment of PSD with less adverse reactions.
