iRoot BP Plus根尖封闭性能的体外实验研究

【摘要】:[目的]比较使用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus和MTA实施根尖倒充填术后,根尖微渗漏情况及材料与牙体组织之间的边缘密合性,为临床治疗提供理论依据。[方法]收集新鲜拔除的单根牙45颗,沿釉牙骨质界截冠,ProTaper机用镍钛器械以冠向下技术根管预备至F2,根尖切除3mm,超声倒预备3mm,将样本随机分为3组,A、B组每组20颗,分别用MTA和iRoot BP Plus倒充填,C组5颗牙为阴性对照组,不进行倒充填。从A、B组中各随机选择3个样本用扫描电子显微镜观察倒充填材料与牙本质的边缘密合情况;其余17个样本用0.2%罗丹明B溶液染色48h,再将牙体沿牙长轴纵向剖开,置于体式显微镜下观察染料渗透长度。数据采用独立样本t检验进行分析,检验水准α=0.05。[结果]1.染料渗透实验:阴性对照组样本均未观察到染料渗透,MTA组染料渗透平均长度为0.90±0.84mm, iRoot BP Plus组为1.06±0.88mm,两组的染料渗透长度无统计学差异(P0.05)。2.扫描电子显微镜:MTA与牙本质间微缝隙平均值为2.836±1.726μm, iRoot BP Plus与牙本质间微缝隙平均值为2.922±1.7241μm,两种材料与牙本质间微缝隙的平均值无统计学差异(P0.05)。[结论]iRoot BP Plus的根尖封闭性与MTA相似,而iRoot BP Plus为预混合材料,操作方便,可操作时间较长,目前价格低于MTA, iRoot BP Plus可作为牙髓治疗材料在口腔临床应用,但其临床疗效还需更进一步研究。
[Abstract]:[objective] to compare the apical microleakage and marginal tightness between the new bioceramic materials (iRoot BP Plus and MTA) after apical filling. [methods] 45 fresh extracted single teeth were collected. ProTaper machine was used to prepare the root canal to F2 with the technique of coronal downward technique along the enamel bone boundary. The samples were divided into 3 groups randomly: group A (n = 20), group A (n = 20), group C (n = 5), group C (n = 5), group C (n = 5), group C (n = 5), group A (n = 5) were treated with MTA and iRoot BP Plus (n = 5). Three samples were randomly selected from each group to observe the tightness between the filling material and the dentin by scanning electron microscope, the other 17 samples were stained with 0.2% rhodamine B solution for 48 hours, and then the teeth were dissected longitudinally along the long axis of tooth, the other 17 samples were stained with 0.2% rhodamine B solution for 48 hours. The dye permeation length was observed under a pose microscope. The data were analyzed by independent sample t-test. Dye permeation test: the average length of dye permeation was 0.90 卤0.84mm in the negative control group and 1.06 卤0.88mm in the iRoot BP Plus group. There was no significant difference in the dye permeation length between the two groups. The mean value of microgap between iRoot BP Plus and dentin was 2.836 卤1.726 渭 m, and that between iRoot BP Plus and dentin was 2.922 卤1.7241 渭 m. There was no significant difference between the two materials and dentin. [conclusion] the apical closure of iRoot BP Plus is similar to that of MTA. However, iRoot BP Plus is a premixed material, which is easy to operate and can be operated for a long time. At present, the price of iRoot BP Plus is lower than that of MTA. IRoot BP Plus can be used as dental pulp treatment material, but its clinical effect needs further study.
