西吡氯铵含片对牙菌斑抑制效果的临床试验研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨西吡氯铵含片(CCBT)对控制牙面菌斑堆积和牙龈炎症的效果。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验,纳入60名患有慢性龈炎、轻、中度慢性牙周炎患者。对全部患者卫生宣教后随机分为3组,对照组不用药,试验组使用CCBT,阳性对照组使用复方氯己定(CHX)含漱液。治疗前、治疗后第2周记录Quigley-Hein菌斑指数(PI)及出血指数(BI);酶联免疫吸附试验法检测龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)表达水平的改变。结果:治疗前3组间比较PI、BI、龈沟液TNF-α和IL-1β含量均无显著差异(P0.05)。治疗后CCBT组和CHX组PI和BI均明显下降(P0.01),2组的下降值均无显著差异(P0.05);龈沟液中TNF-α含量均下降(P0.05)。对照组治疗后PI下降(P0.05),其他指标无变化(P0.05)。结论:西吡氯铵含片有抑制牙菌斑堆积作用,可改善牙龈炎症,降低龈沟液中TNF-α表达。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of CCBT on controlling plaque accumulation and gingivitis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic gingivitis were enrolled in a randomized single-blind controlled trial. Patients with moderate chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups after health education. The control group was not treated with CCBT.The positive control group was treated with compound chlorhexidine (CHX) gargle. The Quigley-Hein plaque index (Pi) and bleeding index (Pi) were recorded 2 weeks after treatment, and the expression of tumor necrosis factor 伪 -TNF- 伪, interleukin-1 尾 -IL-1 尾 in gingival crevicular fluid was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: three groups were compared before treatment. There was no significant difference in the contents of TNF- 伪 and IL-1 尾 between the CCBT group and the CHX group after treatment. There was no significant difference in Pi and BI between the CCBT group and the CHX group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), while the content of TNF- 伪 in the gingival crevicular fluid decreased (P0.05). In the control group, the Pi decreased (P0.05), but there was no change in other indexes. Conclusion: cepiramide buccal tablets can inhibit plaque accumulation. It can improve gingival inflammation and decrease the expression of TNF- 伪 in gingival crevicular fluid.
