新疆墨玉地区维吾尔族成人中、重度慢性牙周炎与雌激素受体基因多态性的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的由于地域、民族等不同因素影响,雌激素受体基因多态性与牙周疾病的关系尚未明确。文中探讨雌激素受体α、β多态性与新疆墨玉地区维吾尔族成人中、重度慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法选取2013年3-4月在墨玉地区流行病学调查并收集的97例中、重度慢性牙周炎和102例健康对照者的口腔颊黏膜细胞样本。所有研究对象均为维吾尔族,年龄18~70岁。牙周炎组纳入标准:口内至少有10颗牙可以进行牙周检查,其中包括4颗磨牙(不含第三磨牙),所有牙周炎组个体均无系统性疾病及已知可影响牙周状况的疾病。对照组纳入标准:无系统性疾病,口腔卫生情况良好,牙龈无异常,无附着丧失,牙齿无松动,缺失牙不超过3颗。2组研究对象均排除怀孕女性。提取全基因组DNA,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测雌激素受体α、β基因型分布。结果牙周炎组与对照组比较,雌激素受体αXbaⅠ基因型表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.180 9),但等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P=0.036 6),PvuⅡ基因型表达和等位基因频率差异均有统计学意义(P=0.021 5、P=0.014 6);雌激素受体βRsaⅠ基因型表达和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P=0.180 9、P=0.094 9),AluⅠ基因型表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.059 4),但等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P=0.048 3)。单因素Logistic回归模式分析显示pp基因型可能为该地区患牙周炎的危险因素之一(P=0.051),Aa基因型为该地区患牙周炎的保护因素(P=0.032)。2组女性研究对象仅在雌激素受体αPvuⅡ等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P=0.022 9),而男性在雌激素受体α、β中差异未见统计学意义(P0.05)。结论新疆墨玉地区维吾尔族成人中、重度慢性牙周炎易感性与雌激素受体α、β基因型分布相关。雌激素受体αPvuⅡ中pp基因型可能是维吾尔族慢性牙周炎的易感因子。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between estrogen receptor gene polymorphism and periodontal disease due to different factors, such as region, nationality, etc. In this paper, the relationship between estrogen receptor 伪, 尾 polymorphism and Uygur adults in Moyu area, Xinjiang, was discussed. Methods 97 cases of severe chronic periodontitis were investigated and collected in Moyu area in 2013. Oral and buccal mucosal cell samples from patients with severe chronic periodontitis and 102 healthy controls. All subjects were Uygur, aged 1870. Periodontitis group was included in the criteria: at least 10 teeth in the mouth could be examined for periodontal examination. These included 4 molars (excluding the third molar, no systemic disease in all periodontitis individuals and known diseases affecting periodontal status.
