乳上切牙根管形态的显微CT研究

【摘要】:目的:采用显微CT扫描并三维重建乳上切牙根管形态,为乳牙可吸收桩的研制提供参考。方法:收集乳上中切牙和乳上侧切牙各10颗,采用显微CT三维重建并描述乳上切牙根管系统的二维及三维解剖形态。结果:乳上中切牙的体积,表面积较乳上侧切牙的大,而结构模型指数则相反。乳上侧切牙在根颈截面、根颈1/3段和根中1/3段交界面较乳上中切牙圆。乳上中切牙各横截面的唇腭向直径较近远中向直径小,乳上侧切牙各截面的唇腭向直径较近远中向直径大。乳上中切牙和乳上侧切牙的根管锥度在唇腭向从根尖1/3到根颈1/3逐渐变大,而乳上中切牙的根管锥度在近远中向从根尖1/3到根颈1/3逐渐变小。乳上侧切牙唇腭向的三段根管锥度的差异具有统计学意义。结论:显微CT扫描作为无创性的牙体解剖系统的研究方法,能重建乳上切牙根管形态。为乳上切牙可吸收桩的研发提供数据参考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the root canal morphology of upper deciduous incisor by microCT scanning and 3D reconstruction. Methods: 10 upper incisors and 10 upper incisors were collected. The three-dimensional reconstruction of upper primary incisor was used to describe the 2D and 3D anatomical morphology of the upper incisor. Results: the volume and surface area of upper incisor were larger than those of superior incisor, but the index of structural model was opposite. The interface between the 1/3 segment of the root neck and the 1/3 segment of the root was round than that of the upper incisor. The lip and palate diameters of each cross section of the upper incisor were smaller than that of the proximal distal incisor. The labial and palatal diameters of each section of upper primary incisors were larger than those of proximal and distal incisors. The root canal taper of upper incisors and upper incisors gradually increased from 1/3 to 1/3 in the labial and palatine directions. The taper of the root canal of the upper incisor gradually decreased from the apical 1/3 to the root neck 1/3. The difference of the three segments of the upper incisor labial and palatine is statistically significant. Conclusion: the microCT scan is a noninvasive tooth. Research methods of somatic anatomic system, It can reconstruct the shape of root canal of upper incisor and provide data reference for the research and development of absorbable post of upper incisor.
