Bicon个性化基台和成品基台在细菌微渗漏和生物力学方面的对比研究

【摘要】:目的 (1)以大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)作为微渗漏检测标志物,比较Bicon种植系统的成品基台和个性化基台在细菌封闭能力方面的差异。(2)通过生物力学测试,评测Bicon两种基台与种植体的连接强度。方法 (1)Bicon植体10颗(内径2.0 mm),随机分为A(1-5号)、B(6-10号)两组,向10颗种植体内径滴入等量大肠杆菌液,A、B组分别装入Bicon成品基台和个性化基台,然后将标本分别放入培养液中培养,于6h、24 h、48 h和72 h时取种植体周培养液计算大肠杆菌菌落数。(2)Bicon种植体10颗(内径2.0 mm),随机分为A、B两组。A、B组分别装入Bicon成品基台和个性化基台,用MTS Bionix858微力拉扭材料试验机进行拉力和扭矩测试。结果 (1)A组的1、3、4、5号标本在4个时间点种植体周围培养液均未出现菌落。2号标本在24 h以及之后的时间点,种植体周培养液出现了少量菌落;B组种植体周围培养液在5个时间点均出现菌落。两组之间菌落数目差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)A组最大脱位力和扭矩均大于B组,且差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 (1)2.0 mm内径的Bicon种植体的成品基台在细菌封闭能力方面强于个性化基台。(2)2.0 mm内径Bicon种植体的成品基台与种植体的连接强度优于个性化基台。
[Abstract]:Objective 1) to compare the differences of bacterial sealing ability between the finished and individualized base of Bicon planting system by using Escherichia coli ATCC25922) as a marker of microleakage detection. The connection strength between two kinds of Bicon abutments and implants was evaluated. Methods 10 implants were randomly divided into two groups, the inner diameters of 10 implants were dropped into the same amount of Escherichia coli solution. The two groups were loaded into the Bicon finished bed and the individualized base bed, respectively, and the two groups were randomly divided into two groups. Then the specimens were cultured in culture medium respectively. At 6 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the colony number of Escherichia coli was calculated. The Bicon implants were randomly divided into two groups: group A, B, B, and group A, B, which were loaded into Bicon base and individualized group, respectively. The tensile force and torque were tested by MTS Bionix858 microtension and torsion material testing machine. Results No colony was found in the culture medium around the implant at 4 time points, and no colony was found in the culture fluid around the implant at 4 time points in group A, and no colony was found in the culture fluid around the implant at 4 time points, and the second specimen was at 24 h and later time point. There were a few colonies in the peri-implant culture fluid of group B at five time points, and there was statistically significant difference in the number of colonies between the two groups. The maximum dislocation force and torque of group A were higher than those of group B, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between group B and group B in the number of colonies in group B.There was significant difference in the number of colonies between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the finished Bicon implant with 2.0 mm inner diameter has better bacterial sealing ability than that of the individualized Bicon implant with 2.0 mm inner diameter. The connection strength between the finished bed and the implant is better than that of the individualized base.
