不同来源致耐受DC对大鼠牙移植后牙根吸收及愈合影响的研究

【摘要】:目的探讨不同来源致耐受树突细胞(DC)对大鼠同种异体牙移植后牙根吸收及愈合的影响。方法用BN、Lewis大鼠分别作为供、受体建立动物实验模型,采用完全随机法分为4组,每组20只:A为同基因移植;B、C、D为同种异体移植;A、B组于术前7d给大鼠输注PBS缓冲液0.5mL,C、D组于术前7d分别给大鼠输注1×106个/只的供、受体致耐受DC。各组于术后第1、2、4、8周随机处死5只大鼠,进行移植牙病理学检查。结果炎性细胞浸润B组最重,A组最轻,C、D介于二者之间。牙根吸收A组最少,B组最多,C、D介于二者之间(P0.05);2、4周时牙根吸收C、D组差异无统计学意义(P0.05),在8周时D组低于C组(P0.05)。第8周时牙周膜愈合点数C、D组少于A组,多于B组(P0.05);炎性吸收B组最高(P0.05);替代吸收A组最低(P0.05)。结论两种不同来源的致耐受DC都可以降低牙移植的排斥反应,减少牙根的吸收,促进牙周膜的愈合;其受体致耐受DC更能减少牙根后期的吸收。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of tolerance dendritic cells (DCCs) from different sources on root resorption and healing after allogeneic tooth transplantation in rats. In each group, 20 rats were given PBS buffer 0.5 mL per rat 7 days before operation. Each group was injected with 1 脳 10 6 / rat on 7 days before operation to induce tolerance to DC.The rats in each group were randomly killed at the 1248th week after operation, and 5 rats were randomly killed at the 1248th week after operation, and the rats in each group were injected with 0.5 mL of PBS buffer respectively on the 7th day before operation to induce tolerance to DC.The rats were randomly killed in each group at the 1248 weeks after operation, and the rats were injected with 0.5 mL of PBS buffer respectively on the 7th day before operation. Results pathological examination of transplanted teeth was performed. Results in group B, inflammatory cell infiltration was found to be between the most severe group and group A, while in group A, the lowest density of Con D in group B was between the two groups. There was no significant difference between group A and group B in root resorption of cad at 4 weeks after 4 weeks of dental root resorption. The number of periodontal ligament healing points in group C was lower than that in group A at 8 weeks, and the number of healing points in group C was lower than that in group A at week 8. It was more than group B (P 0.05), inflammatory absorption group B (P 0.05) was the highest, and group A was the lowest absorbent group (P 0.05). Conclusion two kinds of tolerant DC from different sources can reduce the rejection of tooth transplantation, reduce the root absorption and promote the healing of periodontal ligament. The receptor-tolerant DC can reduce the late root resorption.
