两种不同方法制作的钴铬合金的表面性能体外研究

【摘要】:选择性激光成型钴铬合金的物理性能、机械性能等方面经证实均优于或等同于临床铸造钴铬合金。但长期进驻口腔环境时,钴铬合金修复体的表面会有细菌粘附聚集,甚至引起某些口腔疾病。 目的: 评价在模拟口腔环境下,测试选择性激光成型钴铬合金与Wirobond280钴铬合金、SG钴铬合金的表面自由能以及变形链球菌在试件表面的粘附情况,进而为选择性激光加工合金修复体用于临床提供基础资料。 材料和方法: 材料:三组大小一致的钴铬合金试件:1)A组-铸造SG钴铬合金试件:Co63.9%Cr24.7%Mo5%W5.4%Si1%(BEGO公司,,Wirocast S,德国)。2)B-组铸造Wirobond280钴铬合金试件:Co60.2%Cr25%Mo4.8%W6.2%Ga2.9%)(BEGO公司,Wirocast S,德国)。3)C组-激光成型钴铬合金试件:Co60.5%Cr28%Mo5%W9%Si1.5%(BEGO公司,Wirocast S,德国)。方法:ABC三组试件包埋后分别使用SiC砂纸逐级打磨试件表面至具有相同表面粗糙度(Ra)(0.32-0.33um)值范围,然后使用环境扫描显微镜与光学接触角测量仪(德国KRUSS DSA100)分别测试ABC三组试件的表面形态与表面接触角;ABC试件分别置于PH6.8的无菌人工唾液中浸泡24小时。24小时候后将ABC置于含有变形链球菌(Ua159)的MRS液体培养基中厌放于氧环境下培养48小时,最后定量检测三组试件表面粘附的细菌数量。 结果: (1)对于三组钴铬合金材料在相同粗糙度下所测得的表面接触角值进行单因素方差分析结果显示:三组钴铬合金试件的表面接触角无统计学意义(P0.05)。 (2)相同培养条件下,对三组试件表面粘附的变形链球菌计数所得数据进行单因素方差分析结果显示:三组不同方式加工的钴铬合金试件表面粘附的变形链球菌量无统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论: 通过本实验研究结果显示: (1)表面粗糙度相同的前提下,激光成型钴铬合金的表面自由能与Wirobond280钴铬合金和SG钴铬合金表面自由能相似。 (2)表面粗糙度相同的前提下,变形链球菌在三组试件表面的粘附情况相似。
[Abstract]:The physical and mechanical properties of selective laser molding cobalt-chromium alloy have been proved to be superior to or equal to that of clinical cast cobalt-chromium alloy. However, bacterial adhesion and aggregation will occur on the surface of cobalt-chromium alloy prosthesis when it is in oral environment for a long time. It even causes some oral diseases. Objective:. To evaluate the surface free energy of selective laser molded cobalt-chromium alloy and Wirobond280 cobalt-chromium alloy SG cobalt-chromium alloy and the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans on the surface of the specimen in simulated oral environment. It provides basic data for clinical application of selective laser processing of alloy restorations. Materials and methods:. Materials: three groups of Co Cr alloy specimens of the same size: group A: casting SG Cobalt Chromium Alloy specimen: cast Co. 63.9Cr24.7Mo5W5.4Si1c. Including W24.7Mo5W5.4Si1and BEGO W60.2Cr252Cr252Cr25Cr25Mo4.8W6.2Ga2.2Ga2.2W6.2Ga2.2BO, Group C, Germany, Group C-Laser forming Cobalt-Chromium Alloy Test piece: Co60.5Cr28Mo5W9Si1.5BEGO Group C-Laser forming Cobalt-Chromium Alloy Test piece: Co60.5Cr28Mo5W9Si1.5BEGO. Methods after embedding three groups of specimens, SiC sandpaper was used to grind the surface of the specimens to the range of 0.32-0.33 umum with the same surface roughness. Then the surface morphology and surface contact angle of the three groups of ABC specimens were measured by environmental scanning microscope and optical contact angle measuring instrument (KRUSS DSA100, Germany). The samples were immersed in the sterile artificial saliva of PH6.8 for 24 hours and 24 hours, respectively. ABC was then cultured in MRS liquid medium containing Streptococcus mutans Ua159 for 48 hours. Finally, the number of bacteria adhered to the surface of the three groups of specimens was determined quantitatively. Results:. 1) the results of single factor ANOVA analysis on the surface contact angle of three groups of cobalt-chromium alloy materials under the same roughness show that the surface contact angle of the three groups of cobalt-chromium alloy specimens has no statistical significance (P 0.05). (2) under the same culture condition, the single factor analysis of variance showed that the amount of streptococcus mutans adhered to the surface of three groups of cobalt-chromium alloy specimens processed in different ways had no statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion:. The experimental results show that:. On the premise of the same surface roughness, the surface free energy of laser-formed cobalt-chromium alloy is similar to that of Wirobond280 cobalt-chromium alloy and SG cobalt-chromium alloy. When the surface roughness is the same, the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans on the surface of three groups of specimens is similar.
