游离龈瓣移植术和根向复位瓣术治疗牙缺失患者的效果对比

【摘要】：目的探讨游离龈瓣移植术和根向复位瓣术治疗牙缺失患者的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年6月在西宁市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的牙缺失患者60例,依据随机数表法分为游离组和根向组(各30例),比较两组患者手术前后的出血指数、菌斑指数和角化龈宽度。结果术前,两组患者的出血指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后1周、1个月、6个月,两组患者的出血指数均明显降低,且组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。术前,两组患者的菌斑指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后1周、1个月、6个月,两组患者的菌斑指数均明显降低,且组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。术前,两组患者的角化龈宽度比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后3、6个月,两组患者的角化龈宽度均明显升高,且游离组明显高于根向组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论游离龈瓣移植术和根向复位瓣治疗角化龈缺失成效显著,但游离龈瓣移植术效果更稳定,能够更大程度地增加角化龈宽度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of free gingival flap transplantation and root reduction flap in the treatment of tooth loss. Methods 60 patients with tooth loss were selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in Xining first people's Hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into free group and root group (30 cases each). The bleeding index, plaque index and keratinized gingival width were compared between the two groups before and after operation. There was no significant difference in bleeding index between the two groups at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Before operation, the plaque index of the two groups was higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in plaque index between the two groups at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Before operation, the width of keratinized gingival was compared between the two groups. The width of keratinized gingival was significantly higher in the free group than that in the root group at 3 and 6 months after operation, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05), and the width of keratinized gingival was significantly higher in the free group than in the root group. Conclusion the effect of free gingival flap transplantation and root reduction flap in the treatment of keratinized gingival defect is significant, but the effect of free gingival flap transplantation is more stable and can increase the keratinized gingival width to a greater extent.
