柠檬精油对牙周病主要致病菌粘附作用影响的体外研究

【摘要】:目的:研究柠檬精油(LEO)对牙周病主要致病菌黏附作用的影响,探讨其用于预防和治疗牙周病的可行性。方法:光滑聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:将菌液与实验分组中各组药液混合培养于96孔板48h,检测各孔内细菌附着情况;蛋白包被聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:将菌液与实验分组中各组药液混合培养于形成蛋白包被表面的96孔板48h,检测各孔内细菌附着情况。结果:光滑聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:Aa、Pi中LEO组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,Pg、Fn中LEO组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);蛋白包被聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:Aa、Pg、Pi、Fn中LEO组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),LEO能抑制Aa、Pg、Pi、Fn在蛋白包被表面的黏附,对Pg、Fn在光滑聚苯乙烯表面的黏附也有抑制作用。结论:LEO能抑制病原菌对牙面的黏附,阻断牙菌斑的形成,具有预防牙周病的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Lemon essential Oil (Lemon) on adhesion of periodontal disease pathogens. Methods: the effect of smooth polystyrene surface adhesion was studied. Effect of protein coated polystyrene surface adhesion: bacteria solution was mixed with each group of drug solution in experimental group and cultured on 96 well plate of protein coated surface for 48 h. Results: smooth polystyrene surface was smooth. There was no significant difference between the LEO group and the control group. There was a significant difference between the LEO group and the control group, and there was a significant difference between the LEO group and the control group in the surface adhesion of protein coated polystyrene. The statistical significance was that P0. 05 triptolide could inhibit the adhesion of AaGG to the surface of the protein coated with P0. 05, P0. 05, and P0. 05, and P0. 05. Conclusion:% Leo can inhibit the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to tooth surface, block the formation of dental plaque, and prevent periodontal disease.
