口腔种植体周围炎对颌骨成骨细胞的增殖分化能力的影响研究

【摘要】：目的探讨口腔种植体周围炎对颌骨成骨细胞增殖分化能力的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法收集医院口腔科松动并拔出种植体患者7例作为观察组,拔出第三磨牙身体健康者7例作为对照组,取两组患者的颌骨组织进行成骨细胞的分离培养和纯化,MMT测定成骨细胞增殖能力,RT-PCR法测定成骨细胞Ⅰ型胶原(Ⅰcollagen,Col I)mRNA水平,Western blot检测成骨细胞Col I蛋白水平。结果第7天时,观察组成骨细胞OD值低于对照组(P0.05),第3天时,观察组成骨细胞OD值低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;观察组成骨细胞Col I蛋白相对表达量明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论口腔种植体周围炎能够抑制颌骨成骨细胞的增殖和分化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of oral periimplant inflammation on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.Methods 7 patients with loosening and pulling out implants in hospital stomatology department were selected as observation group and 7 patients with healthy third molars as control group.The osteoblasts were isolated, cultured and purified from the mandibular tissues of the two groups.
