种植体对磁共振成像影响的水模实验研究

【摘要】:目的:通过水模实验,前瞻性研究种植体对磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)检查的影响,对现有金属种植体的磁特性作出评价,以期给临床MRI检查提供实验依据,给医患双方对种植体的选择提供参考。方法:将不同品牌种植体置于水模上,用4.7T磁共振机进行扫描,观察种植体对MRI成像的影响。结果:种植体无投射效应,但对附近局部的MRI成像有影响,且不同品牌种植体产生的影响范围有很大的不同。自旋回波序列扫描产生的伪影明显小于梯度回波序列扫描产生的伪影。结论:金属种植体磁化率远远大于10-4,可归属为非常弱的铁磁性材料,对局部MRI成像有影响,但可安全进行MRI检查。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of implants on magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) and evaluate the magnetic properties of metal implants in order to provide experimental basis for clinical MRI examination.To provide a reference for the selection of implants between doctors and patients.Methods: different brand implants were placed on water model and scanned with 4.7 T magnetic resonance machine to observe the effect of implant on MRI imaging.Results: the implants had no projective effect, but had an effect on the local MRI imaging in the vicinity, and the range of influence of different brands of implants was very different.The artifacts generated by spin echo sequence scanning are obviously smaller than those generated by gradient echo sequence scanning.Conclusion: the magnetic susceptibility of metal implants is much greater than 10-4, which can be classified as a very weak ferromagnetic material, which has an effect on local MRI imaging, but can be safely examined by MRI.
