基底冠及桩核背景对氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色的影响

【摘要】:目的: 通过体外实验,研究不同颜色氧化锆基底瓷和不同桩核背景对氧化锆全瓷修复体颜色的影响。采用Crystaleye电脑比色仪对统一饰瓷后的氧化锆全瓷试件的色度学参数进行测量和分析,探讨不同颜色的基底瓷和桩核背景对氧化锆全瓷试件颜色的影响规律,为技师和临床医生更好的呈现氧化锆全瓷修体的美学效果而提供理论和实验依据。 方法: 实验一:选取4种不同颜色的氧化锆基底瓷块制备边长为10mm,厚度为0.5mm的正方形试件各10件,依次分为A (pure色)、B(light色)、C (medium色)、D(intense色)四组,并均匀涂塑1.0mm的牙本质瓷。首先用Crystaleye比色仪依次测量40个试件的色度值,每个试件测三次,取平均值,并计算组间ΔE值。然后选择Vita Classical比色板对试件进行比色,记录比色结果并计算比色片与试件之间的ΔE值。结果用SPSS12.0软件进行统计学分析。 实验二:选取4种不同颜色的氧化锆基底瓷块制备边长为10mm,厚度为0.5mm的正方形试件各10件,依次分为A(pure色)、B(1ight色)、C (medium色)、D(intense色)四组,并均匀涂塑1.0mm的牙本质瓷。分别制作相同规格的钴铬背景试件、金铂合金背景试件及树脂背景试件各1片。将四组氧化锆试件分别置于三种不同背景试件之上,采用Crystaleye比色仪测量试件的色度值,每个试件测三次,取平均值,并计算ΔE值。结果用SPSS12.0软件进行统计学分析。 结果: 实验一:ABCD四组试件组间的Lab值变化均具有统计学意义。四组试件组间的色差均大于1.5。选用Vita Classical比色板对四组试件进行比色,结果均为B3色。其中与B3比色片色差值最小的为C组试件,色差最大的为A组试件。 实验二:以树脂背景组作为标准,钴铬合金背景组与树脂背景组的Lab值差异具有统计学意义;金铂合金背景组与树脂背景组的Lab值差异具有统计学意义。钴铬合金背景组、金铂合金背景组与树脂背景组相比,色差值均小于1.5。在四组试件中,B组试件在不同背景下的色差值最大,D组试件的色差值最小。 结论: 1、在基底瓷厚度(0.5mm)和饰面瓷厚度(1.0mm)一定、饰面瓷颜色相同的情况下,氧化锆基底瓷的颜色对修复体的颜色有一定影响,不同颜色的基底瓷使修复体的色度值发生变化。 2、Pure、liglt、medium、intense色基底瓷块两两之间的色差均可被肉眼识别,故选择基底瓷颜色要慎重,不可随意挑选。技师在使用WIELAND公司的ZENO(?)TRANSLUCENT氧化锆基底瓷制作修复体时应根据相应的配色指导选择基底瓷块颜色,以达到氧化锆修复体最好的颜色再现。 3、不同材料的桩核对WIELAND公司的ZENO(?) TRANSLUCENT氧化锆材料颜色的影响较小,临床上无需不遮蔽背景色。在四种颜色的氧化锆基底瓷块中,intense色瓷块的遮色效果较强,light色瓷块遮色效果较弱。
[Abstract]:Objective: The effects of different color zirconia substrate porcelain and different post core background on the color of Zirconia all-ceramic prosthesis were studied in vitro. The colorimetric parameters of zirconia all-ceramic specimens after uniform decoration were measured and analyzed by Crystaleye computer colorimetry, and the influence of different colors on the color of zirconia all-ceramic specimens was discussed. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for technicians and clinicians to better present the aesthetic effect of zirconia all-ceramic body. Methods: Experiment 1: four kinds of Zirconia substrate ceramic blocks of different colors were selected to prepare 10 square specimens with a side length of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.5mm, which were divided into four groups in turn. The samples were divided into four groups, and the dentin porcelain of 1.0mm was coated evenly. First, the chroma values of 40 samples were measured by Crystaleye colorimetry. The average values of each specimen were measured three times, and the 螖 E values between groups were calculated. Then the Vita Classical colorimetric plate was selected to measure the color of the specimen, and the colorimetric results were recorded and the 螖 E value between the colorimetric sheet and the specimen was calculated. Results SPSS12.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Experiment 2: four kinds of Zirconia substrate ceramic blocks of different colors were selected to prepare 10 square specimens with a side length of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.5mm. The samples were divided into four groups in turn, which were divided into four groups: A(pure / B1ight / C medium and 1.0mm dentin. The same size cobalt chromium background specimen, gold platinum alloy background specimen and resin background specimen were made respectively. Four sets of zirconia specimens were placed on three different background specimens. The chroma values of the samples were measured by Crystaleye colorimetry. The average values of each sample were measured three times, and the 螖 E values were calculated. Results SPSS12.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: In experiment 1: ABCD, the changes of Lab were statistically significant. The color difference between the four groups was more than 1.5. The Vita Classical colorimetric plate was used to measure the color of the four groups of specimens, and the results were all B 3 color. Group C was the least color difference with B _ 3, and A was the largest color difference between B _ 3 and B _ 3. Experiment 2: taking the resin background group as the standard, the Lab value of cobalt chromium alloy background group and resin background group had statistical significance, while the Lab value of gold platinum alloy background group and resin background group had statistical significance. The color difference of cobalt chromium alloy background group, gold platinum alloy background group and resin background group were lower than 1.5. Among the four groups of specimens, group B has the largest value of color difference in different backgrounds, and group D has the smallest value of color difference. Conclusion: 1. The color of zirconia substrate has a certain influence on the color of the restoration when the thickness of base porcelain is 0.5 mm) and the thickness of veneer porcelain is 1.0 mm), and the chroma value of the restoration is changed with different colors of substrate porcelain. (2) the color difference between the two pairs of the Pureligltl / intense substrate can be recognized by the naked eye, so we should be careful in choosing the color of the base porcelain, so we should not choose it at will. In order to achieve the best color reproduction of zirconia prosthesis, the technician should select the color of the substrate ceramic block according to the corresponding color matching instruction when making restoration with ZENO(?)TRANSLUCENT zirconia substrate porcelain of WIELAND Company. 3, check the pile of different materials WIELAND Zeno) The color of TRANSLUCENT zirconia material is less affected and no background color is needed clinically. In the four kinds of zirconia substrate ceramic blocks, the shade effect of intense ceramic blocks is stronger than that of light ones.
