渗透树脂处理釉质白垩斑的表面粗糙度及颜色稳定性

【摘要】:目的:探讨渗透树脂治疗后,釉质白垩斑表面粗糙度、表面抗着色能力及其相关因素。方法:选取人第三磨牙30颗,环氧树脂包埋,暴露3个大于1 mm2的区域(A点、B点和C点)。将样本按脱矿时间分为3组(1 d,2d,3 d),每组10颗,染色液浸泡21 d。分别测量正常釉质A点、渗透树脂B点以及脱矿病损C点染色前的表面粗糙度,以及染色前后的国际照明委员会(Commission Internationaled’Eclairage,CIE)L*a*b*值。结果:3组样本渗透树脂B点表面粗糙度分别为(0.15±0.021)μm、(0.31±0.03)μm和(0.40±0.02)μm,3组样本脱矿病损C点表面粗糙度分别为(1.07±0.10)μm、(2.89±0.13)μm和(3.41±0.14)μm。各组样本B点和C点表面粗糙度均随着脱矿时间延长而增加,组间差异分别有统计学意义(P0.01)。3组样本染色前B点与正常釉质A点的色差逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),且组1 B点与正常釉质之间色差小于3.7,而其余两组色差大于3.7。染色后组1、组2 B点与正常釉质色差小于3.7,而组3色差大于3.7,组1、组2之间的色差差异无统计学意义,但和组3色差的差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:病损的脱矿程度不但能够影响渗透树脂对白垩斑即刻的遮盖效果,并且能够影响其表面粗糙度以及其颜色稳定性;渗透树脂病损表面粗糙度较正常釉质高,有利于病损表面白垩斑的长期遮盖效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the surface roughness of glaze Cretaceous and its surface anti coloring ability and its related factors after osmotic resin treatment. Methods: 30 teeth of third molars, epoxy resin embedded and 3 areas greater than 1 mm2 (A, B and C) were exposed. The samples were divided into 3 groups (1 D, 2D, 3 D), 10 of each group, and the dyeing solution was soaked 21 D. to measure respectively. A point of normal enamel, B point of osmotic resin and the surface roughness before C point dyeing of demineralized lesion, and the value of Commission Internationaled 'Eclairage, CIE L*a*b* before and after dyeing. Results: the surface roughness of the 3 groups of samples is (0.15 + 0.021) mu m, (0.31 + 0.03) mu m and (0.40 + 0.02) micron, 3 groups of samples The surface roughness of the C point of demineralization was (1.07 + 0.10) mu m, (2.89 + 0.13) mu m and (3.41 + 0.14) M., the surface roughness of B and C points increased with the prolongation of the demineralization time. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P0.01) and the difference between the B points and the normal glaze A points was gradually increased before the dyeing of the.3 group (P).
