两种不同骨粉在老年少数民族患者拔牙位点保存中的效果

【摘要】:目的探究两种骨粉对少数民族老年患者牙槽窝保存的临床效果。方法 40例老年拔牙患者随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组应用进口骨粉,观察组应用国产骨粉作为骨移植材料进行拔牙窝保存术,并在3个月内观察测量牙槽嵴吸收情况。结果两组患者治疗前后牙槽嵴高度差异明显(P0.05);随着时间延长,两组患者牙槽嵴高度均有所降低,但观察组患者降低程度明显大于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前后牙槽嵴宽度差异明显(P0.05);随着时间延长,两组患者牙槽嵴宽度均有所降低,但观察组患者宽度降低程度明显大于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前后牙槽嵴灰度差异明显(P0.05);随着时间延长,两组患者牙槽嵴灰度均有所降低,但观察组患者灰度降低程度明显大于对照组(P0.05)。结论国产骨粉在拔牙后牙槽骨保存术中效果与进口骨粉具有一定差异,但其效果良好,在经济欠发达的地区仍然具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of bone powder on alveolar fossa preservation in elderly minority patients. Methods 40 elderly patients with tooth extraction were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The imported bone powder was used in the control group and the bone powder made in China was used as the bone graft material in the observation group for the preservation of extraction of tooth nest and the absorption of alveolar ridge was observed and measured within 3 months. Results the alveolar ridge height of the two groups was significantly different before and after treatment, and the alveolar ridge height of the two groups decreased with time, but the degree of reduction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The width of alveolar ridge was significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment, but the width of alveolar ridge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The gray scale of alveolar ridge in the two groups was significantly different before and after treatment, and decreased with time, but the gray level of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of domestic bone powder in alveolar bone preservation after extraction is different from that of imported bone powder, but its effect is good, and it still has a good application prospect in economically underdeveloped areas.
