不同处理方法对根管壁与树脂型封闭剂结合效果的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨不同处理方法对树脂型封闭剂与根管壁结合效果的影响。方法:取64个离体单根管前磨牙,常规根管预备后随机分为P1、P2、P3、E1、E2、E3(n=10)和C组(空白对照,n=4),P1~P3组分别用350 g/L磷酸液处理5、10、15 s,E1~E3组分别用170 g/L EDTA液处理30、60、90 s,C组用蒸馏水处理90 s。然后每个实验组各随机抽取8个样本,空白对照组抽取2个样本,沿颊舌向纵行劈开各牙根,扫描电镜观察根管壁玷污层去除情况并分级评估;剩余的14个样本以LuxaCore-Dual作为根管封闭剂,采用单牙胶尖充填法进行根管充填,37℃下放置7 d后将各牙根横截成颈、中、根尖3部分,扫描电镜下观察结合界面。结果:玷污层分值比较,P3组明显低于P1、P2和C组(P0.05),E2、E3组明显低于E1和C组(P0.05),P3、E2组和E3组无明显差异(P0.05);根管上2/3均明显低于根尖部(P0.05),而根颈部和根中部无显著性差异(P0.05);充填后结合界面观察显示,P3、E2、E3组均形成密集的长树脂突和均一的混合层,根颈部尤其明显,E2、E3组要稍好于P3组,其他各组所形成的树脂突均短而少,未见明显的混合层。结论:经170 g/L EDTA液处理达60 s后的根管壁与树脂型封闭剂的结合效果最好,根尖部的结合效果较差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different treatment methods on the binding effect of resin sealant to root canal wall. Methods: Sixty-four premolars from isolated canals were randomly divided into two groups: group P _ (1) (P _ (2) P _ (2) P _ (3) E _ (1) E _ (2) E _ (1) P _ (3) and group C (n = 350g / L) treated with phosphoric acid solution of 350g / L for 51015 s (E _ 1E _ (3) E _ (3) and treated with 170g / L EDTA solution respectively for 90 s (n = 90) and distilled water (n = 90). Then 8 samples were randomly selected from each experimental group, and 2 samples were taken from the blank control group, and each root was split along the buccal and lingual direction. The removal of the tarnished layer of the root canal wall was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and evaluated by grade.
