MEAW技术联合直丝弓矫治器治疗骨性Ⅲ类错合的疗效评价

【摘要】：目的：评价运用MEAW技术联合直丝弓矫治器矫治骨性Ⅲ类错合的疗效。方法：选取2012年2月～2013年6月,在我院正畸科就诊的恒牙期骨性Ⅲ类错合患者9例,男性5例,女性4例,年龄14～21岁,平均18.5岁。用MEAW技术联合直丝弓矫治器矫治,矫治至前牙反合解除,尖牙、磨牙为中性或中性偏近中关系。治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,进行X线头影测量分析。治疗前后取模,并进行模型分析。将研究所得数据应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学数据分析,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果：矫治后UI-LI、FH-MP、OP-MP、FMIA、OB、OJ、OP-MP、UL-SnPg'距-LL-SnPg'巨二者差值较矫治前增大(P0.01),LI-NB、IMPA、LI-MP较矫治前减少(P0.01)。矫治前、后SNA、SNB、FMA、APDI、Yaxis、PG-NB、UI-SN、ODI差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：9例骨性Ⅲ类错合经过平均15个月治疗,均达到良好的前牙覆合、覆盖关系磨牙、尖牙中性关系以及良好的尖窝交错关系,患者侧貌得到部分改善。矫治效果患者满意。在直丝弓矫治器中使用多曲方丝弓技术矫治骨性安氏Ⅲ类错合的掩饰性治疗应用于临床,效果明显,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the effect of MEAW technique combined with straight wire appliance in orthodontic orthodontic malocclusion. Methods: from February 2012 to June 2013, 9 patients with orthodontic type III malocclusion in orthodontic Department of our hospital, 5 men, 4 women, 14~21 years old and 18.5 years old, were treated with MEAW technique and orthodontic appliance and orthodontic treatment. The anterior teeth were relieved, the canine and the molar were neutral or neutral. Before and after the treatment, the lateral position of the skull was taken, the X-ray cephalometric analysis was performed. The models were taken before and after the treatment and the model analysis was carried out. The treatment effect is satisfactory. In the straight wire appliance, the mask treatment of the type III malocclusion of the bone should be used in the clinical, the effect is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
