iRoot用于根尖倒充填封闭性的体外研究

【摘要】:目的通过体外试验检测iRoot作为根尖倒充填材料的封闭性,并与矿物三氧化聚合体(MTA)进行比较,旨在为临床应用iRoot提供参考依据。方法将67颗单根管前牙截去牙冠,进行常规根管预备及充填,切除根尖3mm,行根尖倒预备。将样本中63颗牙分为4个试验组,分别用不同材料进行根尖倒充填:A组(iRoot BP)、B组(iRoot BP plus)、C组(MTA)各为17颗牙,D组(iRoot BP+牙胶尖)12颗牙,剩余4颗牙作为对照组。4个试验组中每组选取10颗牙用流体动力学检测微渗漏,观察1、7、14、28d4个时间点的微渗漏情况,另外各组选取2颗牙用SEM观察充填材料超微结构。A、B、C 3组各余下5颗牙用Micro CT扫描,检测充填材料的孔隙率。结果 SEM观察发现,A、B、D组各样本中充填材料与牙本质界面间未见明显的边缘间隙,而C组各样本中可见较为明显的间隙。Micro CT扫描结果发现,A、B、C 3组间的孔隙率分别为0.020±0.023、0.045±0.035、0.031±0.011,组间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。流体动力学试验表明,4组间的微渗漏测定值比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 iRoot和MTA两种材料用于根尖倒充填的封闭效果无明显差异,但iRoot操作性优于MTA。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sealing property of iRoot as a root tip filling material in vitro and to compare it with mineral trioxide polymer (MTAA) in order to provide reference for clinical application of iRoot. Methods 67 single canals anterior teeth were cut off, then the canals were prepared and filled with conventional root canal, and the apical apices were removed 3 mm, and the apical inversion was performed. 63 teeth were divided into 4 experimental groups, and 12 teeth of iRoot root in group C (17 teeth in group D) were filled with different materials for iRoot root in group B (MTAA), each group was divided into two groups: group A (n = 12), and group B (n = 10) were divided into two groups: group C (n = 12), and group C (n = 17) were divided into two groups: group C (n = 12). The remaining 4 teeth were used as the control group. 10 teeth in each of the four experimental groups were selected for hydrodynamic detection of microleakage. In addition, 2 teeth of each group were selected to observe the ultrastructure of filling material by SEM. The remaining 5 teeth of group C 3 were scanned with Micro CT to detect the porosity of filling material. Results SEM observation showed that there was no obvious marginal gap between the filling material and dentin interface. The results of CT scanning showed that the porosity of group C was 0.020 卤0.023, 0.045 卤0.035 and 0.031 卤0.011, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The results of hydrodynamic test showed that there was no significant difference in microleakage between the four groups (P 0.05). Conclusion there is no significant difference in sealing effect between iRoot and MTA, but iRoot is superior to MTA.
