不同粘结剂与不同复合树脂修复V类洞的微渗漏影响

【摘要】:目的:观察不同粘结剂与不同复合树脂配伍修复牙体V类洞对边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:选择45颗新鲜拔除的完整的下颌第三磨牙,去除牙齿周围的软组织及结石,清理干净,在其的颊舌侧颈部制备箱状(3mm×2mm×2mm)V类洞。按随机数字法分为9组,每组有5颗牙齿,10个洞。三种自酸蚀粘结剂分别是Easy one、S3 bond和XV,三种复合树脂分别是Z350、可乐丽AP-X和TPH。根据不同自酸蚀粘结剂和不同复合树脂配伍,有如下组合:A+D组(Easy one+Z350)、A+E组(Easy one+AP-X)、A+F组(Easy one+TPH)、B+D组(S3+Z350)、B+E组(S3+AP-X)、B+F组(S3+TPH)、C+D组(XV+Z350)、C+E组(XV+AP-X)、C+F组(XV+TPH)。按各自酸蚀粘结剂与复合树脂的说明书方法要求,对每组洞进行相应的自酸蚀粘结剂和复合树脂进行充填,调和,抛光。再将牙放在37℃恒温水浴箱24h后,室温下浸泡于1%的亚甲基蓝24h,然后在慢机上用金刚砂片将牙齿颊舌向纵形切开为两半,在体式显微镜下观察切开面的边缘微渗漏,最后进行统计分析。结果:粘结剂与复合树脂间无交互效应(P0.05)。粘结剂与复合树脂分别的主效应显著(P0.05);粘结剂S3 Bond与其他两种粘结剂间的微渗漏差异显著(P0.05);Easyone与Xeno V粘结剂间的差异不显著(P0.05)。复合树脂Z350与可乐丽AP-X间的差异不显著(P0.05)。复合树脂TPH与其他两种树脂间的微渗漏差异显著(P0.05)。结论:微渗漏的发生是粘结剂与复合树脂共同作用的结果,粘结剂与复合树脂间无交互作用。为临床提供一定的实验参考。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of different binder and composite resin on the marginal microleakage of teeth. Methods: a total of 45 freshly extracted mandibular third molars were selected to remove soft tissue and stones around the teeth, and to clean up the cavities of 3mm 脳 2mm 脳 2mm)V in the buccal and lingual side of the mandibular molars.
