两种局麻方法在鼻咽癌放射治疗后上颌磨牙急性牙髓炎的麻醉效果比较

【摘要】：目的比较使用阿替卡因进行牙周韧带注射与颊腭侧黏膜下浸润麻醉在鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后上颌磨牙急性牙髓炎的麻醉效果。方法选取鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后上颌磨牙急性牙髓炎的患者82例,随机分为周韧带注射组与颊腭侧黏膜下浸润麻醉组,每组41例;进行开髓术,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果麻醉完全率,牙周韧带注射组与颊腭侧黏膜下浸润麻醉组差异无统计学意义(P=0.78),麻醉效果总体成功率,牙周韧带注射组100%,高于颊腭侧黏膜下浸润麻醉组95.1%,但两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.15)。周围软组织麻木感,牙周韧带注射组明显低于颊腭侧黏膜下浸润麻醉组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放射治疗后上颌磨牙急性牙髓炎开髓术中,使用阿替卡因进行牙周韧带注射值得推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic effect of acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by using altevacaine for periodontal ligament injection and buccal and palatal submucosal infiltration anesthesia. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy were randomly divided into peri-ligament injection group and buccopalatine submucosal infiltration anesthesia group (41 cases in each group). Results the complete rate of anesthesia was not significantly different between the periodontal ligament injection group and the buccopalatine submucosal infiltration anesthesia group. The periodontal ligament injection group (100) was higher than the buccal palate submucosal infiltration anesthesia group (95.1%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 15). The peripheral soft tissue numbness in the periodontal ligament injection group was significantly lower than that in the buccal and palatal submucosal infiltration anesthesia group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Atevacaine for periodontal ligament injection in acute pulpitis of maxillary molars after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is worth popularizing.
