激光荧光龋齿诊断仪用于充填物下龋损的检查

【摘要】:目的探讨激光荧光龋齿诊断仪用于牙科充填物下龋损检查的可行性和影响因素。方法应用激光荧光龋齿诊断仪测量各种材料(1种窝沟封闭剂、6种树脂和1种银汞)1mm厚时的自身荧光值,然后测量荧光值为99的龋损组织位于0~1mm封闭剂和树脂下、1mm和2mm银汞下时的荧光值。结果材料自身荧光值均小于龋齿诊断界值13。龋损位银汞下时,测量值接近0。龋损位封闭剂和树脂下时,测量值减少,减少量分别为64.3±29.6和73.7±21.6,测量值与材料厚度呈负相关(P=0.000),诊断一能检查到龋损的封闭剂和树脂厚度分别为(0.384±0.250)mm和(0.340±0.203)mm。结论该诊断仪不能用于银汞下龋损的检查,可用于极薄的封闭剂和树脂下龋损的检查。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and influencing factors of laser fluorescence dental caries diagnostic instrument for dental subcaries. Methods the self fluorescence values of 6 kinds of resin and 1 kind of silver mercury were measured by laser fluorescence dental caries diagnostic instrument. Then the fluorescence values of the caries with a fluorescence value of 99 were measured at 1 mm under 0~1mm sealant and 1 mm under resin and under 2mm silver mercury. Results the self-fluorescence values of the materials were lower than the diagnostic threshold of dental caries. The measured value is close to 0. 0. The measured values were decreased by 64.3 卤29.6 and 73.7 卤21.6, respectively. There was a negative correlation between the measured values and the thickness of the material. The thickness of the sealant and resin that could detect the caries was 0.384 卤0.250)mm and 0.340 卤0.203 mm. respectively. Conclusion the instrument can not be used for the detection of subcaries of silver mercury, but also for the detection of extremely thin sealants and resin caries.
