简化显微外科技术在面部皮肤小肿物处理中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨简化显微外科技术在面部皮肤小肿物处理中的应用价值。方法将72例面部皮肤小肿物患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组35例,分别采用简化显微外科技术和常规方式切除缝合;术后第3天起观察切口愈合情况,术后第6、12个月采用温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评价瘢痕情况,观察肿物复发情况,评价患者满意度。结果观察组切口甲级愈合率100%,高于对照组的62.86%(P0.05);观察组切口愈合时间为(5±0.6)d,短于对照组的(8±0.2)d(P0.05)。观察组术后12个月VSS评分低于术后第6个月,且均低于同时点对照组VSS评分(P均0.05)。观察组随访12个月均无复发,对照组有3例复发(P0.05)。观察组患者满意度为100%,高于对照组的74.29%(P0.05)。结论简化显微外科技术用于处理面部皮肤小肿物疗效好,患者满意度高。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of simplified microsurgical technique in the treatment of facial skin masses. Methods Seventy-two patients with small facial skin masses were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 37) and the control group (n = 35). Vancouver scar scale (VSS) was used to evaluate the scar condition, to observe the recurrence of tumor, and to evaluate the patients' satisfaction at the 6th and 12th months after operation. Results the healing rate of incision A in the observation group was 100%, which was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the healing time of the incision in the observation group was 5 卤0.6 days, which was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The VSS score of the observation group at 12 months after operation was lower than that of the 6th month after operation, and it was lower than that of the control group at the same time (P < 0.05). There was no recurrence in the observation group for 12 months, and 3 cases in the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was 100, higher than that in the control group (74.29%, P 0.05). Conclusion the simplified microsurgical technique is effective and satisfactory for the treatment of small facial skin masses.
