Er,Cr:YSGG激光治疗根面龋对疼痛和充填体微渗漏的研究

【摘要】:目的:应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光治疗中老年根面龋,从充填体的微渗漏和在治疗过程中对疼痛评估两方面进行实验室及临床研究,为Er,Cr:YSGG激光在临床应用提供理论依据。方法:(1)收集根面有龋坏的离体牙40颗,观察组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐备洞,对照组用高速涡轮机去腐备洞,每组20颗;观察组再随机分为A组采用富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子水门汀充填,B组自酸蚀下复合树脂充填,对照组充填方法同观察组,采用热力循环法和染料渗透法处理充填后的离体牙,体视显微镜和扫描电镜下观察微渗漏情况。(2)选取年龄在50~60岁的根面龋患者,男女各15例,共60颗患牙,要求每个病例口内至少有2个同名牙(同颌或对颌)龋坏程度相似,分别采用Er,Cr:YSGG激光(观察组)和高速涡轮机(对照组)去腐备洞。术后采用面部表情量表对患者治疗过程中的疼痛进行评估。结果:(1)采用富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子水门汀和自酸蚀下复合树脂充填后的离体牙,观察组和对照组的染料渗漏情况无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组和对照组充填体边缘微缝隙在颌壁、龈壁的间隙宽度差异无统计学意义(P0.05);(2)Er,Cr:YSGG激光可以减轻根面龋去腐备洞过程中的疼痛,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:(1)应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光对根面龋去腐充填后,不会降低微渗漏的发生率;(2)Er,Cr:YSGG激光在根面龋去腐备过程中可以明显减轻疼痛和不适,可作为微创无痛治疗根面龋的选择之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the treatment of root caries in the middle and old age by using Ernst Cr: YSGG laser. The laboratory and clinical studies on the microleakage of the filling body and the pain assessment during the treatment were carried out to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical application of Ernchr Cr: YSGG laser.
