口腔科门诊病人烤瓷修复体认知与可接受性分析

【摘要】:目的:调查口腔科门诊患者就医的现状、烤瓷修复体的认知和可接受性情况及患者在口腔医疗服务过程中口碑传播相关因素间的关系,为口腔烤瓷修复体知识的宣传提供依据。方法:根据口腔科门诊各科室就诊病人挂号比例进行分层抽样,选择2012年3月-2013年12月在口腔科门诊就诊病中抽取600人作为研究对象,通过自行设计问卷调查患者对烤瓷修复体知识的认知和可接受性情况,请来诊病人根据自身情况回答,答完后即刻收回问卷。调查员均为口腔专业人士并经过统一培训。数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果:患者对烤瓷修复体治疗的时机、就诊次数、基本概念、对修复前治疗的准备、治疗后注意事项、对烤瓷牙治疗过程及烤瓷牙修复后并发症,得分依次为:2.38±0.673、2.57±0.870、2.00±0.591、2.06±0.587、2.16±0.621、1.77±0.706、1.43±0.485;缺牙后有67%的人选择看牙科,23%选择不治疗,10%的人选择其他;缺牙后50%人首选烤瓷牙修复,20%的人选择活动假牙修复,14%的人选择种植牙修复,16%的人选择其他;有167(27.9%)人镶过烤瓷牙,433(72.1%)人没有镶过烤瓷牙;认为需求较大者为216人(36%),认为需求一般者为240人(40%),认为需求较小者为144人(24%);55.8%的患者会选择中低价格的烤瓷牙,能接受的一颗烤瓷牙价格1000元以下者占72.1%;来诊患者口碑传播率为48.8%,民族、文化程度、本次就诊距离、付费方式、看牙科原因、医生服务态度、医生医疗质量、诊疗环境、医生是否主动进行口腔卫生指导九个因子有统计学意义。结论:对烤瓷修复体知识应认知重点放在对修复前治疗的准备、治疗后注意事项、对烤瓷牙治疗过程及烤瓷牙修复后并发症等方面,对患者加强这几方面的告知,可以最大限度增加患者的信任感:人们对口腔保健越来越重视,镶牙的需求增加;烤瓷修复是先进社会的主流,然而人们的消费水平相对较低,能接受的烤瓷牙价格较低;口腔烤瓷修复体知识的口碑传播取决于多个因素的影响,对于低收入和低文化层次的人更应该注重口腔卫生知识的宣传。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the present condition of outpatient consultation in stomatology department, the cognition and acceptability of porcelain prosthesis and the relationship between the factors related to the spread of word of mouth in the course of oral medical service, so as to provide the basis for the propaganda of dental porcelain prosthesis. Methods: according to the proportion of registered patients in outpatient department of stomatology, 600 patients were selected from outpatient department of stomatology from March 2012 to December 2013. The self-designed questionnaire was designed to investigate the cognition and acceptability of the porcelain prosthesis. The patient was invited to answer the questionnaire according to his own situation and the questionnaire was collected immediately after the completion of the questionnaire. Investigators are oral professionals and have received unified training. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: the time, frequency, basic concept of porcelain restoration, preparation for treatment before and after treatment, treatment process of porcelain tooth and complications of porcelain tooth restoration were analyzed. The scores were: 2.38 卤0.673n 2.57 卤0.8702.00 卤0.591 卤2.06 卤0.587 2.16 卤0.621 卤1.77 卤0.7061.43 卤0.485; after tooth loss, 67% chose to see dentistry 23% chose not to treat the other, 50% of the people first selected porcelain tooth restoration, 20% people chose active denture restoration, 14% people chose implant dental restoration, 16% chose others; There are 167 (27.9) people with porcelain teeth (433 or 72.1) people don't have porcelain teeth; 216 people think that there is a greater demand for porcelain teeth; 240 people think that there is a general demand for porcelain teeth; and 55.8% of patients who think that the demand is small are 144 people and 55.8% of patients will choose the low and middle price porcelain teeth. Those who can accept the price of a baked porcelain tooth less than 1000 yuan account for 72.1 yuan. The transmission rate of the word-of-mouth of the patient is 48.8%, nationality, education level, distance from seeing a doctor, payment method, dental reasons, doctor's service attitude, doctor's medical quality, diagnosis and treatment environment. Whether doctors take the initiative to conduct oral hygiene guidance nine factors have statistical significance. Conclusion: the knowledge of porcelain restoration should focus on the preparation of the restoration, the matters needing attention after the treatment, the treatment process of the porcelain tooth and the complications after the restoration of the porcelain tooth, and the patients should be informed of these aspects. People pay more and more attention to oral health care, and the need for dental inlay increases; porcelain restoration is the mainstream of advanced society, however, people's consumption level is relatively low, and the price of porcelain teeth can be accepted is lower; The word-of-mouth transmission of dental porcelain prosthesis depends on the influence of many factors, and the propaganda of oral hygiene knowledge should be paid more attention to the people with low income and low education level.
