角膜散光方向与睫状沟最大直径的关系分析

【摘要】:目的:通过测量和比较近视眼睫状沟直径的大小,分析角膜散光方向与睫状沟最大直径分布的关系,探讨近视眼角膜源性散光的补偿机理。方法:选取来我院眼科近视眼白内障中心就诊的近视患者44例(58眼)。根据角膜前表面散光大小不同,将近视眼分为A、B两组。A组角膜散光(CA)≤1.00D,B组1.0CA≤2.50D。用超声生物显微镜测量各30、60、90、120、150、180度6个不同子午线方向睫状沟直径,角膜地形图检查角膜散光状态。结果:A组角膜最大屈光力子午线方向与睫状沟最大直径的方向重合率小于B组。行卡方检验差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。方差分析分别比较A组、B组6个方向的睫状沟直径结果提示:A组60、90、120度方向睫状沟直径明显比30、150、180度方向大,60、90、120三个方向无明显差异,30、150、180度三个方向无明显差异。B组90度方向睫状沟直径明显比其他各个方向的大。结论:在顺规性近视散光中,随角膜散光增加睫状沟最大直径方向有向垂直方向集中的趋势。这种变化可能是晶状体对角膜源性散光补偿作用而形成的。
[Abstract]:Objective: by measuring and comparing the diameter of the ciliary sulcus in myopia, the relationship between the direction of corneal astigmatism and the maximum distribution of ciliary sulcus was analyzed, and the compensation mechanism of corneal astigmatism was discussed. Methods: 44 myopia patients (58 eyes) were selected from the cataract center of the ophthalmology of our hospital. The size of astigmatism in the anterior corneal surface was not In the same way, the myopia was divided into A, B two group.A group corneal astigmatism (CA) less than 1.00D, B group 1.0CA < 2.50D. to measure the diameter of each 30,60,90120150180 degree of the ciliary sulcus with the ultrasonic biological microscope, and the corneal astigmatism. Results: the direction of the maximum corneal flexion meridian and the direction of the maximum diameter of the ciliary sulcus in the A group. The coincidence rate was less than the B group. The difference of the chi square test was statistically significant (P=0.03). The variance analysis was compared with the A group. The ciliary groove diameter in the 6 direction of group B indicated that the diameter of the ciliary sulcus in the A group was significantly larger than the 30150180 degree direction, and there was no significant difference in the three directions of 60,90120, and there was no significant difference between the three directions of the 30150180 degree and the three direction of the 90 degrees of the.B group. The diameter of the ciliary sulcus is significantly larger than that in the other directions. Conclusion: the trend of centralization in the direction of maximum diameter of ciliary sulcus with corneal astigmatism in astigmatism with corneal astigmatism is likely to be formed by the effect of lens on corneal astigmatism.
