数字化外科导板在口腔种植中的临床应用

【摘要】:与传统术式相比,数字化外科导板引导下的种植手术具有提高种植体植入精度、降低手术风险、减小手术创伤、缩短手术时间、减轻患者痛苦等优势,特别适用于解剖结构复杂、要求微创手术、对治疗效果期望很高或需要实现即刻修复的患者。本研究采用最先进的流程和方法,将该技术应用于单颗前牙缺失种植、多颗后牙游离端缺失种植、牙列缺失种植、骨增量同期种植等四种典型临床病例,尝试了不同的导板支持方式,术中进行了骨修整或骨增量,以及美学区的即刻修复。通过对种植体位置的术前方案和术后结果进行对比,验证了数字化外科导板的准确性。此外,本研究对病例的术中情况、术后反应、临床疗效、患者满意度等多项指标进行了评估,均得到了理想的结果,为该技术的临床推广提供了支持依据。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional surgical methods, digital surgical guide plate guided implant surgery has the advantages of improving implant implantation accuracy, reducing surgical risk, reducing surgical trauma, shortening operation time and alleviating patients' pain, etc. It is especially suitable for patients with complicated anatomical structure, minimally invasive surgery, high expectation of therapeutic effect or immediate repair. In this study, the most advanced procedures and methods were used to apply this technique to four typical clinical cases: single anterior tooth implantation, multiple posterior teeth free end implants, dentition implants, bone increment simultaneous implants, and so on. Different methods of plate support were tried, bone repair or bone increment were performed during operation, and immediate restoration of aesthetic area was carried out. The accuracy of the digital surgical guide plate was verified by comparing the preoperative and postoperative results of implant location. In addition, this study evaluated the intraoperative situation, postoperative response, clinical efficacy, patient satisfaction and so on, and obtained the ideal results, which provided the basis for the clinical application of the technique.
