无锡市部分城区学龄前儿童乳牙龋齿与肥胖相关性调查研究

【摘要】：根据国外文献数据估样,随机选取无锡市部分城区1 263例3~6岁在校学龄前儿童进行龋齿与肥胖之间关系的调查研究。超重儿童191人,肥胖儿童104人,体重正常968人,分别检查患龋情况。经SPSS分析,儿童年龄越大患龋程度越高(F=31.77,P=0.000 1);儿童体重状态与年龄无相关性(χ~2=36.00,P=0.33);学龄前儿童乳牙患龋与体重状态无相关性(F=0.21,P=0.808)。认为,肥胖并非是学龄前儿童乳牙龋齿的易感因素。
[Abstract]:According to the data of foreign literature, 1 263 preschool children aged 3 to 6 years in Wuxi city were randomly selected to investigate the relationship between dental caries and obesity. 191 children were overweight, 104 were obese and 968 were normal weight. According to SPSS analysis, the degree of caries was higher in children with age, but there was no correlation between body weight status and age (蠂 2 / 36.00 / P 0.33), and there was no correlation between dental caries and body weight status in preschool children (P = 0.808). Obesity is not a predisposing factor for deciduous tooth caries in preschool children.
