Rab38在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨Rab38在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用qRT-PCR法检测60对口腔鳞癌及配对癌旁正常组织中Rab38mRNA的表达,采用免疫组织化学方法检测149例口腔鳞癌中Rab38蛋白的表达情况,分析Rab38的表达与口腔鳞癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:口腔鳞癌组织中的Rab38的mRNA和蛋白表达水平都高于配对癌旁正常组织;Rab38表达与TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关;Rab38高表达的患者总生存时间少于Rab38低表达患者;Rab38表达水平是影响患者总生存率的独立危险因素。结论:Rab38在口腔鳞癌中高表达与患者不良预后关系密切,Rab38可能与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展有关,并可作为判断患者预后的指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Rab38 in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: the expression of Rab38 mRNA in 60 pairs of oral squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues was detected by qRT-PCR, and the expression of Rab38 protein in 149 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. To analyze the relationship between Rab38 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Results: the expression of Rab38 mRNA and protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in matched normal tissues. The total survival time of patients with high expression of Rab38 was less than that of patients with low expression of Rab38. Levels are independent risk factors for overall survival. Conclusion the high expression of w Rab38 in oral squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the poor prognosis of the patients. Rab38 may be related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma, and can be used as a prognostic index in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
