【摘要】：目的：观察Canals与Endomethasone根管充填剂在一次性根管治疗术后的急性反应及近期的疗效。方法：门诊就诊的需要做根管治疗的38例患牙随机分为Canals根管充填剂(19例患牙)与Endomethasone根管充填剂(19例患牙)。逐步后退法根管预备后，两组分别用Canals根管充填剂与Endomethasone根管充填剂用于一次性根管充填。观察两组患牙在术后1周内的急性反应及术后3个月、6个月的短期疗效。结果：在术后1周内的急性反应中Canals组比Endomethasone组略高。在术后3个月、6个月的复诊中Canals组与Endomethasone组成功率并无明显的差异结论：在短期实验中Canals组与Endomethasone组成功率并无明显的差异，，原因可能是病例数较少的因素，为了进一步得到更加准确的结果，在往后的实验中需增加加入患牙数量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of canals and Endomethasone root canal filling on the acute reaction after one-time root canal therapy. Methods: Thirty-eight patients who needed root canal therapy were randomly divided into Canals root canal filling (19 cases) and endomethasone (19 cases). Two groups were treated with Canals root canal filling and endomethasone root canal filling respectively. The acute reaction of the two groups was observed within 1 week after operation and the short-term curative effect of 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results: the acute reaction in Canals group was slightly higher than that in Endomethasone group 1 week after operation. There was no significant difference in success rate between Canals group and Endomethasone group at 3 months and 6 months after operation. There was no significant difference in success rate between Canals group and Endomethasone group in short-term trial, which may be due to the small number of cases. In order to obtain more accurate results, the number of affected teeth should be increased in future experiments.
