桩道预备时机及充填材料对根管冠方微渗漏的影响

【摘要】:背景:目前临床上对于桩道预备的时机并没有达成一个共识,不过从一些研究可以推断出,桩道预备时机对经不同材料充填的根管会有一定影响。目的:比较即刻桩道预备和延迟桩道预备对经不同材料充填根管冠方微渗漏的影响。方法:将48颗离体人单根单管前磨牙随机分为6组,每组8颗:A1组以AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填,行即刻桩道预备;A2组以矿物三氧化物凝聚体糊剂+牙胶尖充填,行即刻桩道预备;B1组以AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填,充填1周后行延迟桩道预备;B2组以矿物三氧化物凝聚体糊剂+牙胶尖充填,充填1周后行延迟桩道预备;阴性对照组以AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填;阳性对照组直接以牙胶尖充填。将6组标本在模拟口腔环境中浸泡4周,通过加压染料渗透法测量根管冠方微渗漏的长度。结果与结论:阴性对照组无渗漏,阳性对照组微渗漏显著,涉及整个根管。A2组和B2组微渗漏值无差异(P0.05),A1组与A2组微渗漏值无差异(P0.05),A1组、B2组微渗漏值低于B1组(P0.05)。结果表明,延迟桩道预备对A H-plus糊剂填充根管微渗漏的影响较大。
[Abstract]:Background: there is no consensus on the timing of pile preparation in clinic, but it can be deduced from some studies that the timing of pile preparation will have a certain effect on the root canal filled with different materials. Objective: To compare the effect of immediate pile preparation and delayed pile preparation on the microleakage of root canal filling with different materials. 48 isolated single tube premolars were randomly divided into 6 groups, 8 groups in each group: group A1 was filled with AH-plus paste plus gum tip, and immediate piling was prepared. Group A2 was prepared with mineral three oxide paste and gum tip filling, and immediate post route preparation was carried out; group B1 was filled with AH-plus paste + gum tip, after filling 1 weeks after filling, and B2 group was prepared with mineral three oxygen. After filling 1 weeks, the negative control group was filled with AH-plus paste plus tooth glue tip, and the positive control group was filled directly with gum tip. The 6 groups were soaked in the simulated oral environment for 4 weeks, and the length of the root canal microleakage was measured by the pressure dye penetration method. Results and conclusions: negative and conclusion: negative The microleakage of the group.A2 and B2 group was not different (P0.05), and the microleakage value of group A1 and A2 group was no difference (P0.05), and the microleakage of group A1 and B2 group was lower than that of B1 group (P0.05). The results showed that the delay pile preparation had greater influence on the microleakage of the root canal filled with A H-plus paste.
