旋髂浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复颊癌术后缺损的临床应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨旋髂浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复颊癌根治术后颊部缺损的临床效果。方法:2014年1月~2014年6月,修复6例颊癌根治术后颊部缺损,所有患者术前均进行CT血管造影及彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:皮瓣面积30~63cm2,动脉管径0.6mm,静脉管径1.1mm,动静脉血管蒂分别为6.9cm和7.3cm,6例皮瓣全部成活,术后颊部形态良好,张口正常。结论:旋髂浅动脉穿支皮瓣质地柔软,穿支血管蒂较长,供区瘢痕隐蔽患者术后颊部外形丰满,张口功能恢复良好,是修复颊癌术后缺损的良好选择。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of perforating branch flap of superficial iliac circumflex artery in repairing buccal defect after radical resection of buccal carcinoma. Methods: from January 2014 to June 2014, 6 cases of buccal defect were repaired after radical resection of buccal carcinoma. All patients were examined by CT angiography and color Doppler ultrasound before operation. Results: the flap area was 30 ~ 63 cm ~ 2, the diameter of artery was 0.6 mm, the diameter of vein was 1.1 mm. The vascular pedicle of arteriovenous was 6.9cm and 7.3 cm ~ (-1) respectively. Conclusion: the perforating branch flap of superficial iliac circumflex artery is soft, the pedicle of perforating branch is longer, the shape of buccal part is plump and the function of mouth opening is good in patients with concealed scar in donor area, which is a good choice for repairing the defect of buccal carcinoma after operation.
