昆明市某小学200名12岁儿童龋病风险预测研究

【摘要】：目的:应用Cariogram龋病风险评估软件分析昆明市12岁儿童的个体患龋风险,筛选出其中的患龋高危人群。方法:对昆明市某小学200名12岁儿童进行口腔临床和唾液检查以及问卷调查。利用Cariogram龋病风险评估软件得出个体患龋风险,根据患龋风险值将受检者分为5个龋危险组。结果:200名儿童龋均为0.33±0.79;患龋高风险者占3.5%,患龋低风险者占25%。结论:昆明市12岁儿童中患龋高风险者占总人数的3.5%,龋病预防工作将以这部分人群为重点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the individual caries risk of 12 years old children in Kunming by using Cariogram caries risk assessment software, and to screen out the population at high risk of caries. Methods: 200 children aged 12 years old in a primary school in Kunming were examined with oral cavity, saliva and questionnaire. The individual caries risk was obtained by using Cariogram caries risk assessment software, and the patients were divided into 5 caries risk groups according to the caries risk value. Results the average caries of 200 children were 0.33 卤0.79, the risk of caries was 3.5and the low risk of caries was 25.5%. Conclusion: children aged 12 years in Kunming are at high risk of caries accounting for 3.5% of the total. The prevention of caries will focus on this part of the population.
