颌骨骨髓炎中IL-17、IL-6和IL-1β的表达

【摘要】：目的:对化脓性及放射性下颌骨骨髓炎患者病变骨组织进行免疫组化染色,检测IL-17、IL-6和IL-1β在2种不同病因的颌骨骨髓炎中的表达情况。方法:取化脓性及放射性颌骨骨髓炎患者病变骨组织做样本,HE染色观察局部骨组织的结构,并用免疫组织化学方法检测局部组织中IL-17、IL-6和IL-1β的表达情况,与健康骨组织作对比。结果:IL-17、IL-6在化脓性颌骨骨髓炎中表达水平明显升高,而放射性颌骨骨髓炎局部组织中IL-17、IL-6的表达与正常组织无显著差异。化脓性与放射性颌骨骨髓炎局部骨组织中IL-1β的表达水平与正常骨组织相比有显著差异,而在2种骨髓炎中的表达差异不明显。结论:IL-17、IL-6在化脓性颌骨骨髓炎的成骨与破骨失衡中可能有更重要的作用,而与放射性颌骨骨髓炎关系不密切。IL-1β是颌骨骨髓炎发生的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of IL-17, IL-6 and IL-1 尾 in osteomyelitis of mandible with purulent and radioactive osteomyelitis. Methods: the bone tissues of patients with suppurative and radiation-induced osteomyelitis were collected to observe the structure of local bone tissue by HE staining, and the expression of IL-6 and IL-1 尾 in local tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the results were compared with those in healthy bone tissues. Results the expression of IL-6 in suppurative osteomyelitis of jaws was significantly increased, but there was no significant difference between the expression of IL-17 and IL-6 in the local tissues of radiation-induced osteomyelitis. The expression of IL-1 尾 in local bone tissue of suppurative osteomyelitis and radiation-induced osteomyelitis was significantly different from that in normal bone tissue, but there was no significant difference in the expression of IL-1 尾 between the two kinds of osteomyelitis. ConclusionIL-6 may play a more important role in osteogenesis and osteoclast imbalance in suppurative osteomyelitis of jaws, but it is not closely related to osteomyelitis of radioactivity. IL-1 尾 is an important factor in the development of osteomyelitis of jaw.
