医校互动口腔龋病预防模式的探讨

【摘要】：目的:通过对适龄儿童进行窝沟封闭干预实验,探讨适合适龄儿童龋病预防模式。方法:选择深圳市沙井街道某小学一年级学生进行口腔龋病筛查,将第一恒磨牙符合窝沟封闭适应证的学生分为两组,分别采用医院-学校模式,在学校医务室接受治疗;医院-学校-家长的模式,由家长自行带孩子到医院口腔科治疗。并且均由口腔专业人员进行窝沟封闭实验。结果:在学校医务室接受治疗的儿童合作率、就诊率高,3年后窝沟龋的发病率明显降低。结论:以专业口腔医师为主体,学校医务室为基地的医校互动的龋病预防模式,能大大降低龋病的发病率,能为适龄儿童提供长效、专业的口腔预防模式,效果肯定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the prevention model of dental caries in children of school age. Methods: the first grade students in a primary school in Shajing Street of Shenzhen City were selected for dental caries screening. The first permanent molars were divided into two groups. Hospital-school-parent model, parents take their own children to hospital stomatology treatment. And all of them were done pit and fissure sealing experiment by oral professionals. Results: the cooperation rate of children treated in the school infirmary was high, and the incidence of caries was decreased 3 years later. Conclusion: the model of dental caries prevention, which is based on the professional stomatologist and the hospital clinic, can greatly reduce the incidence of dental caries, and provide a long-term and professional oral prevention model for the children of the right age. The effect is positive.
