食物嵌塞的调查分析及金属嵌体与金属全冠治疗的研究

【摘要】:目的:了解普通人群中食物嵌塞的发病原因和特点、影响因素。观察金属嵌体及金属全冠治疗食物嵌塞的临床效果。方法:采用随机问卷调查和口内检查的形式对264人的食物嵌塞情况进行调查统计分析,统计结果用统计学软件SPSS16.0进行统计分析。从调查中筛选符合纳入标准的以后牙邻牙合面缺损为主的垂直型食物嵌塞病人14例,对其采用金属嵌体进行修复;同时从调查中筛选出以后牙水平型食物嵌塞为主的混合型嵌塞且伴有牙体缺损的病人10例,对其采用金属全冠进行修复,在修复后3个月复查,从修复体的粘结前后固位力值、食物嵌塞改善程度等方面予与评价。结果:本项调查显示,共发现食物嵌塞病人228例,食物嵌塞的患病率为83.33%;40-59岁组患病率最高为91.11%;汉族和维吾尔族病人的病因方面构成存在统计学意义(P0.05);嵌塞的类型以垂直型嵌塞和混合型为主,合计占86.36%;病人采用两种方法粘结前、后固位力及侧向力值比较后发现,金属全冠修复优于金属嵌体冠,在牙龈的健康情况,金属嵌体优于金属全冠。结论:食物嵌塞发病率高,原因复杂多样,人们对其危害认识不足且无特异有效的治愈方法。金属嵌体和金属全冠用于食物嵌塞病人可以获得临床满意的效果,从而减少充填术后食物嵌塞的发生,且方法简便易行利于推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the causes, characteristics and influencing factors of food impaction in the general population. To observe the clinical effect of metal inlay and metal crown in the treatment of food impaction. Methods: a random questionnaire survey and an oral examination were used to investigate and analyze the food impaction in 264 people. The statistical results were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Fourteen patients with vertical food impaction were selected according to the inclusion criteria and were repaired with metal inlay. At the same time, 10 cases of mixed food impaction with dental defects were selected from the investigation. The metal crown was used to repair them. After 3 months of restoration, the retention force of the restoration was measured before and after the restoration. The improvement degree of food impaction was evaluated. Results: a total of 228 patients with food impaction were found, the prevalence rate of food impaction was 83.33, the highest prevalence rate was 91.11 in 40-59 years old group, the etiological composition of Han and Uygur patients was statistically significant (P0.05). The main types of impaction were vertical impaction and mixed type, which accounted for 86.36.The patients were found to have better restoration of metal crown than metal inlay crown in gingival health after comparing the values of retention force and lateral force between the two methods. Metal inlay is superior to metal crown. Conclusion: the incidence of food impaction is high, the causes are complex, and people do not know enough about its harm and have no specific and effective cure. The use of metal inlay and metal crown in food inlay patients can obtain a satisfactory clinical effect, thus reducing the incidence of food impaction after filling, and the method is simple and easy to popularize.
