常规技术清除根尖区罕见异物1例

【摘要】:正根管治疗过程中,有时可能发现外源性物质遗留在根管内而影响治疗。常见的医源性因素,如根管锉、拔髓针、侧压针断裂滞留等,对此类因素的处理已有许多研究报道[1-2]。但在儿童患者,我们还可能碰到另一种较罕见的情况,即自伤性行为(Self-injurious behavior)造成的生活用品遗留在根管内[3-4]。一般来说,外源性物质滞留的位置越深,治疗越困难,如果位于根尖孔外,则可能需要根尖手术[5]。本文报道1例较罕见的自伤性习惯导致的根管异物,应用常规根管治疗术成功予以清除,进而得以实施完善的根管治疗,保存了患牙。
[Abstract]:In the course of orthodontic root canal therapy, exogenous substances may sometimes be found in the root canal and affect the treatment. Common iatrogenic factors, such as root canal file, pullout needle, lateral compression needle and so on, have been reported in many studies [1-2]. In children, however, we may encounter another rare condition, namely, the existence of household goods caused by self-injury (Self-injurious behavior) in the root canals [3-4]. In general, the deeper the foreign substance stays, the more difficult it is to treat, and if located outside the apical foramen, it may require apical surgery [5]. This paper reports a rare case of root canal foreign body caused by self-injurious habit, which was successfully removed by conventional root canal therapy, and then the perfect root canal therapy was carried out and the affected teeth were preserved.
