TP63相互作用蛋白分析

【摘要】:目的:分析先天缺牙和唇/腭裂综合征相关蛋白--TP63蛋白的相互作用分子,并对其生物学功能进行分析。方法:利用生物信息学数据库(STRING)分析和预测TP63蛋白的相互作用蛋白。在DAVID数据库对相互作用蛋白的生物学功能进行分析。结果:对STRING数据库预测的TP63蛋白50个相互作用蛋白的生物学功能分析显示,TP63相互作用分子主要参与对细胞增殖和凋亡的调节。结论:生物信息学分析初步揭示了TP63蛋白的相互作用网络及其生物学功能。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the interaction molecules of TP63 protein associated with congenital tooth deficiency and lip / cleft palate syndrome, and to analyze its biological function. Methods: the interaction protein of TP63 protein was analyzed and predicted by bioinformatics database (STRING). The biological function of interacting proteins was analyzed in DAVID database. Results: the biological function analysis of 50 interaction proteins of TP63 protein predicted by STRING database showed that TP63 interaction molecules were mainly involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. Conclusion: bioinformatics analysis revealed the interaction network and biological function of TP63 protein.
