利用新媒体进行口腔健康指导对重庆市城镇居民牙周健康习惯影响的研究

【摘要】：目的:分析"健康口腔、幸福家庭"二期项目实施中,利用新媒体进行口腔健康指导对重庆市沙坪坝区居民牙周健康习惯养成的影响。方法:采用分层整体抽样方法,于2014年12月~2016年12月选取符合纳入标准的200户家庭填写问卷调查。通过利用新媒体平台及专业辅导的方式向居民科普牙周健康知识,对200户家庭进行口腔健康教育指导干预前后牙周健康知识知晓情况和保护牙周健康的行为习惯养成给予分析研究。结果:1)牙周健康知识知晓情况:口腔健康指导干预前后各年龄组人群牙周健康知识知晓度显著增加。2)牙周健康行为习惯养成情况:12~35岁和36~60岁人群干预前后每天刷牙次数显著增加;各年龄组人群临睡前刷牙的习惯养成明显改善。结论:利用新媒体进行口腔健康指导对于沙坪坝区居民提高牙周健康知识知晓率、改善保护牙周健康行为习惯具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the influence of oral health guidance by new media on the formation of periodontal health habits of residents in Shapingba district of Chongqing. Methods: using stratified whole sampling method, 200 families who met the inclusion criteria were selected from December 2014 to December 2016 to fill in the questionnaire. Through the use of new media platforms and professional counseling to the residents of periodontal health knowledge, The knowledge of periodontal health and the habit of protecting periodontal health were studied in 200 families before and after oral health education. Results: 1) knowledge of periodontal health: before and after oral health guidance intervention, the awareness of periodontal health knowledge in different age groups increased significantly (.2) the prevalence of periodontal health behavior habits in people aged 35 and 36 60 years old before and after intervention increased significantly. The number of teeth increased significantly; The habit of brushing teeth before bedtime was obviously improved in all age groups. Conclusion: using new media to guide oral health is of great significance for residents in Shapingba district to improve their knowledge of periodontal health and their habits of protecting periodontal health.
