整层充填流动树脂修复楔状缺损的临床研究(附20例临床病例汇报及分析)

【摘要】:目的研究比较新型整层充填流动树脂与纳米流动树脂修复深楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法选择2015年12月至2016年8月期间口腔科门诊收治的楔状缺损患者30例(50对前磨牙)作为研究对象,采用自身对照设计将左右成对的前磨牙随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用整层充填流动树脂(Sure Fil SDR)整层充填固化,对照组采用纳米流动树脂(Filtek Z350)进行分层充填固化,观察充填术后充填体的表面光滑度、牙齿敏感情况等,评价两组患者充填修复后的临床疗效,记录两组患者充填1周后的敏感发生率及充填术后6个月的预后情况(包括充填体完整性、边缘染色和继发龋发生率等)。采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件对数据进行统计学分析,比较两组结果差异有无统计学意义。结果充填1周后,实验组的敏感发生率与对照组差异不显著(p0.05);充填6个月后,实验组充填体完整性、边缘染色和继发龋发生率与对照组无显著性差异(p0.05)。结论整层充填流动树脂采用整层充填技术充填深楔状缺损能够达到与纳米流动树脂分层充填相似的临床效果,整层充填术后无明显敏感症状,预后充填体边缘染色不显著,也无显著的继发龋现象以及充填体脱落现象,而且一次性整层充填操作更加快捷,相对分层充填缩短了临床操作时间。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and compare the clinical effect of a new type of filling flow resin and nanometer flow resin in the repair of deep wedge-shaped defect. Methods from December 2015 to August 2016, 30 patients (50 pairs of premolars) with wedge-shaped defects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was cured by (Sure Fil SDR), while the control group was cured by Filtek Z350. The surface smoothness and tooth sensitivity were observed. To evaluate the clinical effect of two groups of patients after filling and repair, to record the incidence of sensitivity and prognosis of 6 months after filling (including the integrity of filling body, edge staining and secondary caries rate, etc.). SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Results after filling for 1 week, there was no significant difference in the incidence of sensitivity between the experimental group and the control group (p0.05), but there was no significant difference in the integrity of the filling body, edge staining and secondary caries rate between the experimental group and the control group after 6 months of filling (p0.05). Conclusion filling of deep wedge-shaped defect with whole layer filling with flow resin can achieve similar clinical effect to that of nano-porous resin. There is no obvious sensitive symptom after whole layer filling, and the edge staining of prognostic filling body is not significant. There was also no significant secondary caries phenomenon and abscission of the filling body, and the one-off layer filling operation was faster, and the clinical operation time was shortened compared with the stratified filling.
