数字化虚拟手术设计辅助正颌外科手术12例临床分析

【摘要】：目的:探索数字化技术在辅助正颌外科手术中的应用价值。方法:2008年1月—2011年12月间收治12例颌骨发育畸形患者,经CT扫描及三维重建,对12例患者进行手术治疗,并对结果进行评价。结果:经CT扫描,Mimics重建,能够清晰显示颌骨畸形的状态,通过在Mimics软件中虚拟手术,辅助术中导航,术后效果均满意。结论:数字化正颌外科手术能够提高手术操作的可预见性,便于医患沟通,缩短手术时间,减轻患者的痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value of digital technique in orthognathic surgery. Methods: from January 2008 to December 2011, 12 cases of maxillary deformity were treated by CT scan and 3D reconstruction, and the results were evaluated. Results: the reconstruction of maxillary deformity could be clearly demonstrated by CT scan. The results were satisfactory by virtual operation in Mimics software and assistant navigation during operation. Conclusion: digital orthognathic surgery can improve the predictability of operation, facilitate doctor-patient communication, shorten the operation time and alleviate the pain of patients.
