浆细胞性龈炎1例

【摘要】：浆细胞性龈炎是一种罕见的牙龈增生。好发于黏膜,表现为牙龈红肿。病理检查见结缔组织内有密集呈片状聚集的的浆细胞。确诊主要依靠病理学检查。至今病因未明,可能与过敏反应有关。治疗方法以对症治疗为主,本病不易恶变,但易复发。作者对1例浆细胞龈炎的患者进行为期2年的追踪报道,并对该病的临床表现及治疗方法进行系统回顾。
[Abstract]:Plasma cell gingivitis is a rare form of gingival hyperplasia. Predilection occurs in the mucous membrane, showing redness and swelling of the gums. Histopathological examination showed that the connective tissue had dense and lamellar plasmacytes. The diagnosis mainly depends on pathological examination. The etiology is unknown and may be related to allergic reactions. The main treatment is symptomatic treatment, the disease is not easy to change, but easy to relapse. A case of plasmacyte gingivitis was followed up for 2 years. The clinical manifestations and treatment of the disease were reviewed systematically.
