微植体支抗滑动法关闭间隙的三维有限元建模及实验验证

【摘要】:对志愿者头颅部进行螺旋CT扫描,利用Mimics软件进行实体模型的重建,优化后导入Ansys软件中赋值及网格划分,建立左侧下颌第一磨牙缺失的包含微型种植体、直丝弓托槽、牙列、牙周膜、牙槽骨的下颌三维有限元模型,实验模拟与临床基本相符。
[Abstract]:A spiral CT scan was performed on the head of the volunteers. The solid model was reconstructed by using Mimics software. After the optimization, the value assignment and mesh division were introduced into the Ansys software, and the left mandibular first molar missing implants, straight wire arch brackets and dentition were established. The three-dimensional finite element model of periodontal ligament and alveolar bone is in good agreement with clinical practice.
