下颌第2恒磨牙C型根管发生率及其一次性根管治疗的疗效研究

【摘要】：目的研究云南省第一人民医院患者下颌第2恒磨牙C型根管的发生率并比较其一次性或两次性根管治疗的成功率。方法选取本院口腔内科就诊患者260例下颌第2恒磨牙,X线牙片和临床检查分析C型根管及各型发生率;C型根管患牙随机分为A、B 2组,分别进行一次性和两次性根管治疗,6个月后比较2组成功率。结果260例中有80例为C型根管,发生率为30.77%;术前X线检查发现2组患牙共有Ⅰ型25例(31.25%),Ⅱ型32例(40%),Ⅲ型23例(28.75%);改良Melton分类法发现C1型17例(21.25%)、C2型39例(48.75%)、C3a型13例(16.25%)、C3b型11例(13.75%),C4型0例;术后6个月A组成功率为78.94%(30/38),B组成功率为81.08%(30/37),2组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论我院患者下颌第2恒磨牙C型根管较常见,一次性根管治疗可用于下颌第2恒磨牙C型根管系统。
